Next Week's Class

My apologies everyone. I have to go to Japan next Monday and won't be back until Wednesday night because of Visa issues. So, I cannot attend class on Tuesday or Wednesday. Kaz and I decided to have class on Thursday next week (this is tentative depending upon how many of you can come). So, your 'writing presentations' will be due on Thursday, March 4th. We will then continue with the schedule posted below for the following class (March 9th - Jeff's Material, etc.). I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Have a nice weekend and Holiday and I will see you on Thursday!

Yesterday

Yesterday we finalized our plan for classes starting in March. March 2nd, we will be using Kaz's idea where each student is to prepare a written presentation and then present it to the class. The presenter will then take questions and we will discuss his presentation, followed by a correction/addition segment led by me. After everyone has presented, we will study from material that I will bring to class (if time remains).

Here is the schedule for March:

March 2nd - Written Presentations
March 3rd - Jeff's Materials
March 9th - Business Oriented Lesson
March 10th - Jeff's Materials
March 16th - TV show (1 scene) script/role-play
March 17th - Jeff's Materials
March 23rd - Undecided
March 24th - Jeff's Materials

This schedule will be subject to change and/or additions according to what the class feels is necessary. IT IS NOT 'SET IN STONE'. See you tonight!
